Jöhl-Schöb and Egger-Stössel Nipper

I don't know much about this Swiss nipper. Only that they are manufactured by Jöhl-Schöb and Egger-Stössel. That you see because of the patent numbers in the middle of the nipper. They have an button to push the nipper and a spring in the middle open. The spring keeps the nipper open until you close it.
